Shipping Policy

•    Free shipping on all orders with a subtotal of $100.00 or more after coupons and discounts - Offer is per recipient/address or destination.

•    Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing

•    Free shipping offer excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada

•    All orders are shipped via USPS/2-Day Priority. RFTV is not responsible for USPS delays or handling.  

•    Orders may not be shipped to P.O. boxes – A valid delivery address must be entered. RFTV is not responsible for processing or shipping delays caused by entering a P.O. box address.  You will be contacted by RFTV at the email address provided when placing the order to resolve any address issues.

•    Free shipping and online promotions do not apply to wedding favors or corporate gift orders.  Please call 508-810-0115 for more information

•    Tracking Your Order: Orders must be placed while logged into the customer account. The email provided at the time of ordering must be a valid email address. A confirmation email will be sent immediately following order placement to the email address provided. Please ensure the email is correctly entered as it cannot be changed once the order is placed. Entering an incorrect email will prevent order status updates from being issued correctly.
Once the package is received by USPS, an additional email with USPS tracking information will be sent to the email address provided in the contact information at the time of order. Orders can be tracked through the USPS.

Note: There are no refunds or returns unless the incorrect product is received.
